Re-Sale Readiness Services are charged on either an hourly ($75/hr) or per-project basis. You have two options when you use Décor Rx services:

1.	We handle everything. Décor Rx will take care of the entire project, saving you time, energy and the headache of supervising subcontractors.
	The estimated cost of staging a condominium ranges between $500 and $1500, including Décor Rx fees and actual material costs (e.g., new lighting fixtures, paint). The cost of readying a 3,000-square-foot home for sale starts at approximately $1500 and increases with the scope of work needed.
2.	Do it yourself. We'll provide a detailed to-do list, based on the condition of your home interior and local market, so you can undertake the work. Unlike general tips offered by many realtors, our report is specific to your interior, containing exact swatches of recommended paint colors and furniture layouts. Creation of a customized, detailed Re-sale Readiness Recommendations Report is $250.
